Cell Phone Update for grades K-8 for the upcoming year!

In an effort to keep the focus on learning and to limit the negative impact of student phone usage on behavior, Gasconade County R-II will enforce the following policy at Owensville Elementary, Gerald Elementary, and Owensville Middle School:

Students are not allowed to utilize cell phones during the school day (7:45-3:20). If a student brings a cell phone to school, it is to be silenced and placed out of sight during the school day. This includes prohibition of cell phones during passing periods, lunch, and in restrooms or locker rooms.
